Nathaniel Bolton designed and built this set in 2009 for Killing My Lobster: Reboots.  The set was inspired by circuit boards and glowing technological devices.  By mixing solid panels with translucent ones that could be back lit by the lighting designer the set could become a vibrant backdrop for sketches and scene changes.  The set also had on stage musicians behind a green fabric scrim that depending on whether it was lit from the front or back could make them visible or not.  For a few scenes a desk and window were needed so a fold down panel with legs was incorporated into the set, masking itself into the set when not in use.
